Returns

If you want to return the product(s) you ordered, you must contact us to make a returns request within 7 days of delivery.

Please give us as much information as you can, including:

• Reason for your return.
• The invoice number and invoice address.
• Your name and company name.
• The name of the product(s) ordered.
• If product faulty: include full description of defects.

Our Customer Services team will reply to your returns request with instructions on how to proceed. Refunds, credit notes or exchanges are made within 10 working days from the time we receive and accept the returned product.

Quality Product Returns

Returns are subject to the product(s), along with any parts and accessories, being in its original condition and with the original packaging.

A refund will be given for the cost of the products only, not including delivery charges or return shipping costs. If you return part of an order, then the returned part of the order will be refunded but not the delivery charges.

Wrong Product Delivered

If you believe you’ve received the wrong product, please contact us to request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Warranty and RMA

All our products carry a standard warranty of 12 months from the date of purchase. You may return any faulty product within the warranty period. We will handle the warranty return, repair, or replacement on your behalf.

If a product is outside of warranty, we can provide a quote to get the item fixed or replaced.
