Delivery Service

We offer same day shipping and Next Business Day Delivery service as standard to mainland UK addresses for all products held in stock (excluding products needing configuration prior to dispatch) where orders are placed by 1pm on a working day.

Our Next Business Day Delivery service is made to mainland UK on Mondays to Fridays, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Customer orders placed after 1pm will be processed and shipped on the next working day.

Delivery Charges

We charge a £12.50 flat rate delivery charge per order, apart from where delivery surcharges apply.
Orders placed before 1pm on a Friday for Next Business Day Delivery will be delivered on the following Monday (unless a bank holiday).
Tracking is available on all orders once dispatched.
Please note Next Business Day Delivery is not a guaranteed service.

Our Customer Services team will contact you if your order may incur a delivery surcharge.

Additional charges may be necessary for the following scenarios:

Heavy (over 30kg) or bulky products or multiple items.
Destination addresses outside of mainland UK.
International destinations: delivery charges on application.
